Migrating to FTH4

Your club admin received the instructions to update their admin password to access FTH4. (FTH3 admin passwords will NOT work in FTH4). Follow the instructions in the email and use 'Member sign in' in the top right corner to access the Club Admin account.

If you are not sure who the club admin is, in your member account; look at 'Club Officers and Members' > "Club Email addresses". The LAST item in this list is the person who is currently listed as your club admin.

If this is not correct, please complete and submit this form to change your club admin:

I updated a new image on two pages of our website by doing the following: extracting a tiff from a pdf --> converting the tiff to a gif --> uploading the gif to the server --> uploading the image to two of the pages:
advancedspeakers.toastmastersclubs.org
advancedspeakers.toastmastersclubs.org/directions.html
The image is visiblle on the website on my iMac, iPad, and iPhone. However, two members said they were not able to view it. When I looked at the website using a few different browsers on a PC, I was not able to see the image. Please advise.

I see the same - image on iPad but broken not on PC. I think the file might be corrupt - it is a gif but I don't see animation on the iPad either, and the library only shows the file name on PC. You have at least one other gif file in your library which is animated and working.
Does the image have to be animated? Can you make a png or jpeg or bmp file instead?

Thanks! I thought I had changed the image from a tiff to a jpeg ... but I guess not. I reformatted it as a jpeg and I think (hope!) it is working OK now. - Lise
