Migrating to FTH4

Your club admin received the instructions to update their admin password to access FTH4. (FTH3 admin passwords will NOT work in FTH4). Follow the instructions in the email and use 'Member sign in' in the top right corner to access the Club Admin account.

If you are not sure who the club admin is, in your member account; look at 'Club Officers and Members' > "Club Email addresses". The LAST item in this list is the person who is currently listed as your club admin.

If this is not correct, please complete and submit this form to change your club admin:

Someone just logged in to the Kings Langley Toastmasters 4875 (Club 4875) website using your member log in credentials.

I have used this same laptop since 2011, with the same IP address. Followed instructions and I still receive the same message from the server.
Please inform me how to fix this permanently.

If you're confident it is your login causing the notification and you've clicked the link as requested, you can uncheck "Logins from unknown devices / IP addresses" in the Enabled Notification Emails list in your profile email settings. Be aware that will prevent the notifications even if you do have a change of IP address or device.
