Migrating to FTH4

Your club admin received the instructions to update their admin password to access FTH4. (FTH3 admin passwords will NOT work in FTH4). Follow the instructions in the email and use 'Member sign in' in the top right corner to access the Club Admin account.

If you are not sure who the club admin is, in your member account; look at 'Club Officers and Members' > "Club Email addresses". The LAST item in this list is the person who is currently listed as your club admin.

If this is not correct, please complete and submit this form to change your club admin:
www.toastmastersclubs.org/welcome/change-admin/

If I add a custom website domain, will my existing website alias still work?

Hello, we are considering adding a website domain <something>.com. However, we've been around for a while and everyone already knows our website alias <alias>.toastmastersclubs.org.

If we setup a custom website domain, will our <alias>.toastmastersclubs.org still continue to work? It would be a big problem for us if our existing alias stopped working after setting up a custom website domain.

You can have both... no problem.

In fact, I do not recommend using custom domains in "mission critical" locations such as find a club because custom domains expire at some point and can interrupt key activities if your club forgets to renew the domain registration.
