Migrating to FTH4

Your club admin received the instructions to update their admin password to access FTH4. (FTH3 admin passwords will NOT work in FTH4). Follow the instructions in the email and use 'Member sign in' in the top right corner to access the Club Admin account.

If you are not sure who the club admin is, in your member account; look at 'Club Officers and Members' > "Club Email addresses". The LAST item in this list is the person who is currently listed as your club admin.

If this is not correct, please complete and submit this form to change your club admin:
www.toastmastersclubs.org/welcome/change-admin/

Being able to see the speaker intro field

As the VP E and/or Web Admin, I can see the intro that a speaker has entered but no one else can, can yo please tell us how to rectify this issue? The entire club members should be able to access this on line.

Typically, the speaker intro's are only used by the Toastmaster--the design reflects that and I have no plans to change it.

However, any member can see all the speaker intros via the print speaker intros button in the print dialog, since they will get a print preview screen prior to printing the speaker intros. Just click the printer icon.
