Migrating to FTH4

Your club admin received the instructions to update their admin password to access FTH4. (FTH3 admin passwords will NOT work in FTH4). Follow the instructions in the email and use 'Member sign in' in the top right corner to access the Club Admin account.

If you are not sure who the club admin is, in your member account; look at 'Club Officers and Members' > "Club Email addresses". The LAST item in this list is the person who is currently listed as your club admin.

If this is not correct, please complete and submit this form to change your club admin:
www.toastmastersclubs.org/welcome/change-admin/

Every time a member fills out a FTH contact form for a club, it automatically rejects the inquiry and puts the member on a blacklist. The member resolved the previous blacklist and had the club remove it. Now, it was added again when the member filled out a new contact form for a different club. Can you please see why this keeps happening? Alisa - alisaryu@alumni.com for club 2784455.

The recipients of the contact form enquiry get an option to blacklist the enquirer if they consider the email to be spam.
We can't remove her from the blacklist. She'll have to find a way to ask the club that has blacklisted her to remove her from the blacklist. Otherwise any club that she belongs to will have to whitelist her to allow her to send email to that club.
