Migrating to FTH4

Your club admin received the instructions to update their admin password to access FTH4. (FTH3 admin passwords will NOT work in FTH4). Follow the instructions in the email and use 'Member sign in' in the top right corner to access the Club Admin account.

If you are not sure who the club admin is, in your member account; look at 'Club Officers and Members' > "Club Email addresses". The LAST item in this list is the person who is currently listed as your club admin.

If this is not correct, please complete and submit this form to change your club admin:
www.toastmastersclubs.org/welcome/change-admin/

Our domain is expiring in August. I don't have an account number, email address, or anything else to renew it. The address is not recognized by them. We have a note in our admin notes saying it expires in August, but no other information. Does anyone else have this issue?

1) without your club number there is nothing we can do for you?
2) you didn't even tell me the domain name you are referencing?
3) Your club is responsible for the custom domain names, did you go back and look at the treasures historical payments?
4) FTH has no way of accessing any domain information, that is all private now since all the privacy laws changed.
