Spam rejection notice?

I just sent an email to our members@valenciatoastmers.com email address from my marc33dtm@gmail account and while I got a copy of the email in my inbox, I also received an error message from the server that the mail was flagged as spam. Does this mean it did or did not go through to everyone? Why am I getting the message? My email address is the one in MM.
