Migrating to FTH4

Your club admin received the instructions to update their admin password to access FTH4. (FTH3 admin passwords will NOT work in FTH4). Follow the instructions in the email and use 'Member sign in' in the top right corner to access the Club Admin account.

If you are not sure who the club admin is, in your member account; look at 'Club Officers and Members' > "Club Email addresses". The LAST item in this list is the person who is currently listed as your club admin.

If this is not correct, please complete and submit this form to change your club admin:
www.toastmastersclubs.org/welcome/change-admin/

Entered new member (as done many times before), but name doesn't show up, at all. Not sure what's wrong.

Looked for message/error and did find out new member was in the prospective section, so system wouldn't allow me to enter her as a member. I get it now, but never saw the note as it looked the same as all the rest of the text!!! Whew!:silly:

1) if you are submitting an issue with a member we need at least a first name
2)When you clicked save there was probably an error that flashed in yellow and then was bold at top of the panel.

That name and email is already in your membership list.

You have errors in your form below. Please scroll down and correct the following:

Name (Marilyn McGruder) is already in use for someone on the Members tab.
Email (Mcmurph2@gmail.com) is already in use for someone on the Members tab.
