Migrating to FTH4

Your club admin received the instructions to update their admin password to access FTH4. (FTH3 admin passwords will NOT work in FTH4). Follow the instructions in the email and use 'Member sign in' in the top right corner to access the Club Admin account.

If you are not sure who the club admin is, in your member account; look at 'Club Officers and Members' > "Club Email addresses". The LAST item in this list is the person who is currently listed as your club admin.

If this is not correct, please complete and submit this form to change your club admin:

Hello,

How do I send weekly agendas to my guest list? I want to encourage our guests to keep coming.

Due to privacy concerns the system does not support sending agendas to non-members, as the agendas will likely contain member names, which is information covered under privacy regulations.

You can always "print" an agenda to a PDF and send that to guests, but I would not recommend that unless you first get explicit permission from your membership.

To share agendas with guests, I set it to print to my files as a PDF. Then I email the PDF as an attachment.
I do it separately from the FreeToastHost email system.
