Migrating to FTH4

Your club admin received the instructions to update their admin password to access FTH4. (FTH3 admin passwords will NOT work in FTH4). Follow the instructions in the email and use 'Member sign in' in the top right corner to access the Club Admin account.

If you are not sure who the club admin is, in your member account; look at 'Club Officers and Members' > "Club Email addresses". The LAST item in this list is the person who is currently listed as your club admin.

If this is not correct, please complete and submit this form to change your club admin:
www.toastmastersclubs.org/welcome/change-admin/

Hi,
RE:#4416 - Stirling Toastmasters
we have been experiencing a few difficulties in regards changing our VPM contact details for the new VPM. It would seem that the changes we have made do not stick in regards our new visitor website online requests.
eg; when a visitor clicks on the contact form from our Freetoast website page the contact form always goes to the to the old vpm address (ds2005@gmail.com) , and does not recognize the new email address at all - dadownham@iinet.net.au.
Looking at the website information it all seems correct but still is occuring.
Hopefully you can shed some light on why this is happening.

Your DNS records don't seem to be set up correctly.
Please correct them as explained here: support.toastmastersclubs.org/doc/item/dns-settings-overview

The server is successfully sending email TO: dadownham@iinet.net.au

I can also see the test contact form I sent going to their email
