Migrating to FTH4

Your club admin received the instructions to update their admin password to access FTH4. (FTH3 admin passwords will NOT work in FTH4). Follow the instructions in the email and use 'Member sign in' in the top right corner to access the Club Admin account.

If you are not sure who the club admin is, in your member account; look at 'Club Officers and Members' > "Club Email addresses". The LAST item in this list is the person who is currently listed as your club admin.

If this is not correct, please complete and submit this form to change your club admin:
www.toastmastersclubs.org/welcome/change-admin/

Hi team,

I have a member who has been trying to register her account for the club's website.

As the admin, I have added her to the club's website as a member. Her first login request I sent her expired. Then we sent her another one, however it won't recognise her name nor email address. We have both confirmed her details have been entered correctly, yet still having issues getting her registered.

Can someone please help?

1) we always need your club number to assist you.
2) when asking for member assistance we need at least a first name.

Hi Brian,

I am the club VPE and the administrator for the club's website. We have followed all the steps and nothing is working. I need help to get her onto the website to access cub stuff through the member login.

We are good but, we need to know who you are talking about. Who are you trying to add, what is their name. Make sure the person is in the members list or also provide their email.
