Migrating to FTH4

Your club admin received the instructions to update their admin password to access FTH4. (FTH3 admin passwords will NOT work in FTH4). Follow the instructions in the email and use 'Member sign in' in the top right corner to access the Club Admin account.

If you are not sure who the club admin is, in your member account; look at 'Club Officers and Members' > "Club Email addresses". The LAST item in this list is the person who is currently listed as your club admin.

If this is not correct, please complete and submit this form to change your club admin:
www.toastmastersclubs.org/welcome/change-admin/

Good morning 
I am running a workshop on setting up new FTH websites December 3rd 2021.  I set up my club's webste and now going through to motions via powerpoint to help support new clubs.
Is there a video on how to log in as an administrator 
Creation of a Password.
1. I understand to key in an email address and leave password blank - click on Authentication
2. Then you will send a link to be able to key in a word you can remember. Is that section still the same?
Just want to add this function video in my slides, supporting the new admin person

Les,

Yes, that is correct.  Also, I suggest you review the online user docs so those are fresh in your mind.  Additionally, there are many of us here that have created Powerpoints in the past.  (myself included)  You may want to ask for copies of those--perhaps you can use parts of them. 

Lastly, I am going to PM you the username of the FTH trainer for my district.  Not putting his username here in public--I do not want him to get slammed w/ inquiries.
