Migrating to FTH4

Your club admin received the instructions to update their admin password to access FTH4. (FTH3 admin passwords will NOT work in FTH4). Follow the instructions in the email and use 'Member sign in' in the top right corner to access the Club Admin account.

If you are not sure who the club admin is, in your member account; look at 'Club Officers and Members' > "Club Email addresses". The LAST item in this list is the person who is currently listed as your club admin.

If this is not correct, please complete and submit this form to change your club admin:
www.toastmastersclubs.org/welcome/change-admin/

DropRole button is no longer there on the Meeting Agenda

Previously, a DropRole button would show up next to a role or roles members signed up for. This button seems to have disappeared now.

Unless I am missing something, would it be possible to restore the above button to enable members drop roles on their own should their plans change? Currently, the admin or an officer with edit privileges have to spend time to do the above.

1) Without your club number we can do nothing for you.

2) if reporting an issue with an agenda what date.

3) is this issue on the site or in the agenda email?

1. I am the club member and also VPE of Fort Myers Toastmasters Club.
2. This issue started about a month back.
3. The issue is on the site on the Meeting Agenda.

Enable Role Confirmations is not checked on your agenda settings page.
