Migrating to FTH4

Your club admin received the instructions to update their admin password to access FTH4. (FTH3 admin passwords will NOT work in FTH4). Follow the instructions in the email and use 'Member sign in' in the top right corner to access the Club Admin account.

If you are not sure who the club admin is, in your member account; look at 'Club Officers and Members' > "Club Email addresses". The LAST item in this list is the person who is currently listed as your club admin.

If this is not correct, please complete and submit this form to change your club admin:
www.toastmastersclubs.org/welcome/change-admin/

ZOOM url on AGENDA keeps sending members to GOOGLE (which it should not do)

ZOOM url on AGENDA keeps sending members to GOOGLE (which it should not do)

On the Agenda Page, there is a seeting for us to list the URL fot eh ZOOM meeting.  No mater how we select Zoom, the same following problem happens.

It displays the ZOOM link, but it ALSO inserts
" maps.google.com/maps?q= "
at the start of the click-able link
followed by
"&z=14"
at trhe end of the clickable link.

For our less-then-web-savvy members can you please just let them click link to ZOOM meetingt URL?

The Edit your meeting venue page has two tabs.  The first tab has a box for an address which is for the physical address or map URL (google maps must be able to understand it).  If you enter a zoom link here, goggle maps will try to find the address

The second tab is for the URL/photo.  The online meeting URL should be entered here.

In person only clubs should use the address box on the front tab
Online clubs should use the second tab for the meeting link
Hybrid clubs can use both
