Migrating to FTH4

Your club admin received the instructions to update their admin password to access FTH4. (FTH3 admin passwords will NOT work in FTH4). Follow the instructions in the email and use 'Member sign in' in the top right corner to access the Club Admin account.

If you are not sure who the club admin is, in your member account; look at 'Club Officers and Members' > "Club Email addresses". The LAST item in this list is the person who is currently listed as your club admin.

If this is not correct, please complete and submit this form to change your club admin:
www.toastmastersclubs.org/welcome/change-admin/

Club FTH Live Site

By this post, I am asking for a green light from "the FTH boss."

I am webmistress for District 40.  I am planning a project that would result in a Club FTH site that is live, for training.  I have access to a website from a club no longer in existence in our district but I would hate to do this work then have it removed during a mass FTH club-purge.  I'm willing to work with an official FTH ambassador to make this training site a hands-on tool that everyone could practice and learn on.  I've got a plan, the experience and right now, I've got the time.   ... I'd like this to be a DTM capstone project.

Am I a go to create a hands-on training site?  Thoughts?  Suggestions?  Is there a FTH ambassador I should work with?

Training demo sites are only valid for 90 days.
sites for suspended/closed clubs are deleted  every 6 months as per Toastmasters international.

We do no like leaving unused sites around as the end up getting misused.

Those are good policies. If you agree that a live training site has benefits, perhaps we can work together to set up a permanent site for that purpose. I volunteer to do the legwork.
