Migrating to FTH4

Your club admin received the instructions to update their admin password to access FTH4. (FTH3 admin passwords will NOT work in FTH4). Follow the instructions in the email and use 'Member sign in' in the top right corner to access the Club Admin account.

If you are not sure who the club admin is, in your member account; look at 'Club Officers and Members' > "Club Email addresses". The LAST item in this list is the person who is currently listed as your club admin.

If this is not correct, please complete and submit this form to change your club admin:

Additional Meeting Agenda Tabs

Is there a way to add more than one Meeting Agendas tab to our FTH webpage, and have these tabs show at the top most spots?  I would like to have 3 Meeting Agendas options:  Club Meetings, Officer Meetings, and Other / New Member Orientation meetings.  Separating out the agendas will help with future reference / finding the specific meetings.  Our club uses the agenda pages as our official meeting minutes record; e.g., after each meeting we input final speech times, attendance (members and guests), drawing / contest winners, announcements & business topics, etc.

There is an agenda feature that might help; Calendar Labels. These allow you to see at a glance which meeting/agenda is scheduled by looking at your Club Calendar.
