Migrating to FTH4

Your club admin received the instructions to update their admin password to access FTH4. (FTH3 admin passwords will NOT work in FTH4). Follow the instructions in the email and use 'Member sign in' in the top right corner to access the Club Admin account.

If you are not sure who the club admin is, in your member account; look at 'Club Officers and Members' > "Club Email addresses". The LAST item in this list is the person who is currently listed as your club admin.

If this is not correct, please complete and submit this form to change your club admin:
www.toastmastersclubs.org/welcome/change-admin/

Process for Closing Down a club FTH website

I am the Club Growth Director for District 17 and unfortunately we have had a number of clubs close down recently. Some of the clubs were using FTH and their FTH website is still active, which is a bit confusing for members of the public who are looking a potential Toastmasters clubs and find an active website that may or may not say closed but may also still appear active and have contact details, meeting times, etc.

I was wondering what is the process for getting these club's FTH websites closed so that we can present the best possible picture to potential guest and members and avoid creating a poor impression.

Unless the club tells us the site stays active until TI tells us via a suspension notice, which they send us every 6 - 12 months.

If the clubs' contact info in toastmasters.org has been deleted then people will not be able to find the site through that website.
