Migrating to FTH4

Your club admin received the instructions to update their admin password to access FTH4. (FTH3 admin passwords will NOT work in FTH4). Follow the instructions in the email and use 'Member sign in' in the top right corner to access the Club Admin account.

If you are not sure who the club admin is, in your member account; look at 'Club Officers and Members' > "Club Email addresses". The LAST item in this list is the person who is currently listed as your club admin.

If this is not correct, please complete and submit this form to change your club admin:
www.toastmastersclubs.org/welcome/change-admin/

Like many (most?) clubs, we have a number of contacts within the "former members" and "friends/affiliates" lists on our website.  As part of an outreach program we are developing, we see value in the ability to search the various lists for contact info.

Is there a way to search the member data without downloading and manipulating the data?  (If not, would the feature be of any value?)

What kind of search are you looking to do?   I would recommend doing the download, loading that into Excel, and using its search capabilities.  

The download is really intended for some of these extra types of things that people want to do with the member data that we cannot anticipate and would be of value to a smaller number of clubs.   I don't have much interest in trying to implement a litiny of features that would likely only be of value to a few clubs.  (That is why I implemented the member data download.)

I expected that the download function was intended for that. I will share the "recommendation" with the team and do a quick Excel tutorial.
