Migrating to FTH4

Your club admin received the instructions to update their admin password to access FTH4. (FTH3 admin passwords will NOT work in FTH4). Follow the instructions in the email and use 'Member sign in' in the top right corner to access the Club Admin account.

If you are not sure who the club admin is, in your member account; look at 'Club Officers and Members' > "Club Email addresses". The LAST item in this list is the person who is currently listed as your club admin.

If this is not correct, please complete and submit this form to change your club admin:

Data Transfer Error

On Wednesday, March 2, we tried to update the appearance of our web page using the 'appearance' tab and we got the error below.  I use a Mac computer running Safari.  We update this page every week and have never encountered an error until yesterday.

I just learned that another club officer using a Windows computer had no issues in updating our appearance.  Is there a reason a Mac has issues?  I used my Mac for years doing updates.

You are presuming it is an "all Macs" issue vs an issue with your internet connectivity or just your computer.   Typically, you will get this error when there was an internet connectivity issue or when the FTH server is temporarily unavailable.  (like if doing a backup)  We only have one server, sometimes it needs to do maintenance stuff like backups.

You can usually either wait a few minutes to save something or just refresh the screen otherwise (click the Yes to reload or click the reload link at bottom of  your FTH window).
