Migrating to FTH4

Your club admin received the instructions to update their admin password to access FTH4. (FTH3 admin passwords will NOT work in FTH4). Follow the instructions in the email and use 'Member sign in' in the top right corner to access the Club Admin account.

If you are not sure who the club admin is, in your member account; look at 'Club Officers and Members' > "Club Email addresses". The LAST item in this list is the person who is currently listed as your club admin.

If this is not correct, please complete and submit this form to change your club admin:
www.toastmastersclubs.org/welcome/change-admin/

Updating General Evaluator role doesn't update it in its second instance

Hi, I am not sure if this is a bug or something. But when we assign someone as General Evaluator, and then we have to change up the roles and assign someone differently, the second instance in the agenda doesn't get updated. Screenshot below. You can see the new General Evaluator is correct (blurred and blacked out) but on the second instance it is pulling up the old person we assigned who can no longer make the meeting. Is there a way to fix this?

If you want us to assist you , you must provide your club number.
Since this involves an agenda how about the date of the agenda?

Yep our club number is 4165. 

It happens on every single agenda. This is the latest agenda  woodlandhillstoastmasters.toastmasterscl...agenda-01763657.html
