Migrating to FTH4

Your club admin received the instructions to update their admin password to access FTH4. (FTH3 admin passwords will NOT work in FTH4). Follow the instructions in the email and use 'Member sign in' in the top right corner to access the Club Admin account.

If you are not sure who the club admin is, in your member account; look at 'Club Officers and Members' > "Club Email addresses". The LAST item in this list is the person who is currently listed as your club admin.

If this is not correct, please complete and submit this form to change your club admin:
www.toastmastersclubs.org/welcome/change-admin/

Limiting RSVPs

FreeToastHost has been serving our club extremely well. Many thanks to the developers and this community.

Our club has begun meeting in person again, but not in the large conference room in which we used to meet. We have more members than will fit in the room! With that in mind, I wonder if FreeToastHost has - or can have - a feature to cap the number of people who can RSVP to a particular meeting.

And if not, I'd be curious to learn what ideas any of you might have to address this.

FTH does have the attendance function which is part of the agenda.
It you created roles for the size of the room and then only allow those with a role to attend is a possibility, then you have to train your members.
We have no way to prevent any member from attending a meeting.
