Migrating to FTH4

Your club admin received the instructions to update their admin password to access FTH4. (FTH3 admin passwords will NOT work in FTH4). Follow the instructions in the email and use 'Member sign in' in the top right corner to access the Club Admin account.

If you are not sure who the club admin is, in your member account; look at 'Club Officers and Members' > "Club Email addresses". The LAST item in this list is the person who is currently listed as your club admin.

If this is not correct, please complete and submit this form to change your club admin:

I was not able to copy the text so I used a screen grabber to get the attached image.

I haven't seen this problem for some time now, but it is usually due to cookies not being enabled.  Please make sure you have cookies enabled for the website.  See documentation here:  support.toastmastersclubs.org/doc/item/cookie-settings

Please consider updating the message that says "YOU ARE NO LONGER LOGGED IN. PLEASE LOG IN AGAIN" to include "Be sure that cookies are enabled, as that is often why this happens."

Anyway, I had been logged in and cookies were enabled AFAIK, so maybe this is expected when the session timeout and the cookie expiration both happen between the same user visits to the website.

Thanks!
