Migrating to FTH4

Your club admin received the instructions to update their admin password to access FTH4. (FTH3 admin passwords will NOT work in FTH4). Follow the instructions in the email and use 'Member sign in' in the top right corner to access the Club Admin account.

If you are not sure who the club admin is, in your member account; look at 'Club Officers and Members' > "Club Email addresses". The LAST item in this list is the person who is currently listed as your club admin.

If this is not correct, please complete and submit this form to change your club admin:

Good morning, we sent an event invitation to our FTH member database.  It seems that seems that sending sending the note through our Gmail account did not cooperate when including a club address (@secretary and @treasurer) in the BCC line.

Again, our club president has had his Gmail address locked up: albychan2@gmail.com
As has our club Gmail archive address: eastottawatoastmasters@gmail.com

Can you please review these addresses and reset the "bounce count"?

FTH does not support BCC.
resend your email without using BCC

Hi Brian,

To ensure I understand (and to extrapolate):
  • the system will not accept a message from the BCC field
  • messages where a FTH address is in the TO or CC field, using BCC will (should?) not impact delivery
  • a bounce received to a message where a FTH address is in the CC field will not impact the "bounce count" of the FTH address
