Migrating to FTH4

Your club admin received the instructions to update their admin password to access FTH4. (FTH3 admin passwords will NOT work in FTH4). Follow the instructions in the email and use 'Member sign in' in the top right corner to access the Club Admin account.

If you are not sure who the club admin is, in your member account; look at 'Club Officers and Members' > "Club Email addresses". The LAST item in this list is the person who is currently listed as your club admin.

If this is not correct, please complete and submit this form to change your club admin:

Print {nextmtgdate} on agenda?

Our club has a standing notification on our agenda informing members when the next meeting will be. I know the nextmtgdate variable can be used to insert that date into website content, but is there a way to dynamically insert it into the agenda?

{{nextmtgdate}} actually refers to the date of the next agenda, not the one after the next agenda
You would need the variable to be something like {meetingafternextmeeting}, and that agenda would need to know the meetingaftermeetingafternextmeeting, etc. 

Maybe you could provide a link to your calendar "See our future meeting dates here"

The web page variables can be used in the agenda header but as Pam noted there isn't a 'meeting after next' variable. Following her suggestion; you can mouse over the meetings in the calendar to copy the unique address for a future meeting to use as a link in the current meeting agenda header.
