Migrating to FTH4
Your club admin received the instructions to update their admin password to access FTH4. (FTH3 admin passwords will NOT work in FTH4). Follow the instructions in the email and use 'Member sign in' in the top right corner to access the Club Admin account.
If you are not sure who the club admin is, in your member account; look at 'Club Officers and Members' > "Club Email addresses". The LAST item in this list is the person who is currently listed as your club admin.
If this is not correct, please complete and submit this form to change your club admin:

Members Michael Neal, Carla Martin, Dara Shaner, Roxanne White, Kelley Gates and WIlly Martinez are having this issue. I have attached a screen scrape which shows a no name mentioned with indiciating they are no longer a member and then one associated with Michael Neal. On 7/14/2022, I moved the above members from Former Members to Members.
Starting last week, Mmbers are randomly moved to Former Members status. I have moved them from Former Members to Members on Friday, 7/8. On Monday, 7/11 i received an email that members didn't have access and they had been moved to Former Members. Again today, 7/12 I received another emai from a member that they are again moved to the Former Member section.
I am the website admin and have been for the past 8 years. This is the first time this has happened. Any ideas? I am receiving messages in FTH when I frist log in that member has marked themselves as Former Member.
