Migrating to FTH4

Your club admin received the instructions to update their admin password to access FTH4. (FTH3 admin passwords will NOT work in FTH4). Follow the instructions in the email and use 'Member sign in' in the top right corner to access the Club Admin account.

If you are not sure who the club admin is, in your member account; look at 'Club Officers and Members' > "Club Email addresses". The LAST item in this list is the person who is currently listed as your club admin.

If this is not correct, please complete and submit this form to change your club admin:
www.toastmastersclubs.org/welcome/change-admin/

Earlier today I logged in to FTH as Admin to change something and received this message on the Log in:[2022-08-04 2:25PM GMT, FreeToastHost System Notification]
Toi Wiley has indicated via a "Not a Member?" email link that they are no longer a member of club
496 and has requested that the system move them to Former Member status.

This message is to notify you that the system has completed this request.

According to Toi she went to update the speech title. Was the website hacked?

NO the website wasn't hacked.
On the agenda she either clicked the not-a-member link at the bottom of the agenda and then clicked the link in the verification email.
or
She marked a valid email from FTH as spam and yahoo notified us she no longer wanted email from FTH so she was moved to former member.

Which ever way, she did an action to cause her to be moved to former member.
You as site admin can move her back.
