Migrating to FTH4

Your club admin received the instructions to update their admin password to access FTH4. (FTH3 admin passwords will NOT work in FTH4). Follow the instructions in the email and use 'Member sign in' in the top right corner to access the Club Admin account.

If you are not sure who the club admin is, in your member account; look at 'Club Officers and Members' > "Club Email addresses". The LAST item in this list is the person who is currently listed as your club admin.

If this is not correct, please complete and submit this form to change your club admin:

UPDATED FUNCTIONALITY: Easier to work with virtual folders in the File Manager

I have separated out the virtual folders from the file descriptions in the File Manager and put them into their own column for better ease of use.  They also now have an autocomplete style drop-down to make it easier to work with virtual folders.  This also aligns the File Manager with how folders are entered for file attachments in the dated agenda webpage. The file descriptions now reside in a text box with a small scroll bar, if needed.

The upshot of this is that the ": " notation that was in use in the past to separate the file folder from the description is no longer needed, because they are now entered in separate input fields.   

I always hated the ": " notation, anyway, and it tended to confuse and confound users... they frequently would forget the space after the colon.  

Since this is a recent update, we will need some time to update our user docs on this once users have had a short period to provide any approprite feedback.
