Migrating to FTH4

Your club admin received the instructions to update their admin password to access FTH4. (FTH3 admin passwords will NOT work in FTH4). Follow the instructions in the email and use 'Member sign in' in the top right corner to access the Club Admin account.

If you are not sure who the club admin is, in your member account; look at 'Club Officers and Members' > "Club Email addresses". The LAST item in this list is the person who is currently listed as your club admin.

If this is not correct, please complete and submit this form to change your club admin:
www.toastmastersclubs.org/welcome/change-admin/

Resending "opt-in" emails

I am contacting you in regard to a member we have tried to get entered into Sugar Hill Toastmasters club #4343169.  He is in TI and show in our membership with a line through his name.  I have tried several times to resend the opt in email and he never gets it.  I'm not sure how that works but I had a member from another club have the same issue, I resent the email and he was able to get in.  Can you help?  I don't think this part is anything TI can help with.  The person's name is Kevin Pittman, his email is kpittman@cityofsugarhill.com

We are sending the emails and they are being accepted by Kevin's email service.
He needs to add server@toastmastersclubs.org and agenda@toastmastersclubs.org to his contacts and mail service whitelist.
