Migrating to FTH4

Your club admin received the instructions to update their admin password to access FTH4. (FTH3 admin passwords will NOT work in FTH4). Follow the instructions in the email and use 'Member sign in' in the top right corner to access the Club Admin account.

If you are not sure who the club admin is, in your member account; look at 'Club Officers and Members' > "Club Email addresses". The LAST item in this list is the person who is currently listed as your club admin.

If this is not correct, please complete and submit this form to change your club admin:
www.toastmastersclubs.org/welcome/change-admin/

Moving Prospects

I inadvertently added two prospects (Ginelle and Zina) to our Membership roster on Southeast Houston Toastmasters FTH (5324194). I can't move them to "Prospects" after I have selected their name (by checking the box on the left of their name, then selecting the tool, "Move to Prospect List").  I get an error that says "You must select one or more activated people in the list below first, before selecting this tool."I did select the member first, then the tool....I got the error message.

Any suggestions on what I can do to move them to the Prospects list?

Delete and readd in correct list.
SInce they haven't approved it won't make any difference to them.
