Migrating to FTH4

Your club admin received the instructions to update their admin password to access FTH4. (FTH3 admin passwords will NOT work in FTH4). Follow the instructions in the email and use 'Member sign in' in the top right corner to access the Club Admin account.

If you are not sure who the club admin is, in your member account; look at 'Club Officers and Members' > "Club Email addresses". The LAST item in this list is the person who is currently listed as your club admin.

If this is not correct, please complete and submit this form to change your club admin:

Can't Create Website Says we Already Have One

Good morning,

I am currently District Director and am trying to help a club that has reestablished itself get access to it's website.  They did have a website in the past, but now it redirects to FTH home page. When they try to enter information for a new website it says they already have one.

The club site should be 1408286.toastmastersclubs.org

What can they do to get this website back up and working?

1408286.toastmastersclubs.org is restored. (Your request arrived soon enough that the site was still in the system and not yet permanently purged.)

The club must complete this request form if they need to restore admin access/assign a new admin;

they posted an incorrect club website URL, agendas are only available to club members. It is a privacy thing.
