Migrating to FTH4

Your club admin received the instructions to update their admin password to access FTH4. (FTH3 admin passwords will NOT work in FTH4). Follow the instructions in the email and use 'Member sign in' in the top right corner to access the Club Admin account.

If you are not sure who the club admin is, in your member account; look at 'Club Officers and Members' > "Club Email addresses". The LAST item in this list is the person who is currently listed as your club admin.

If this is not correct, please complete and submit this form to change your club admin:
www.toastmastersclubs.org/welcome/change-admin/

Hi There
Wandin Toastmasters has a dropbox account associated with the email address of treasurer-3011962@toastmastersclubs.org
Dropbox have been sending a 6 digit code to that email address but my treasurer tells me that she is not receiving any email from DropBox.
Are you able to see if that email address bounced the DropBox message?

You probably need to determine the sending address for Dropbox and add that email address to your club whitelist.

Thanks for the quick response. I have added the email addresses to the whitelist of the club. I've tried to login to dropbox again. No email arrives. Is there no way you can check for an email that has bounced?

No, that would not be allowed.

Do they not offer to send by SMS to the phone number registered to the account?
