Migrating to FTH4

Your club admin received the instructions to update their admin password to access FTH4. (FTH3 admin passwords will NOT work in FTH4). Follow the instructions in the email and use 'Member sign in' in the top right corner to access the Club Admin account.

If you are not sure who the club admin is, in your member account; look at 'Club Officers and Members' > "Club Email addresses". The LAST item in this list is the person who is currently listed as your club admin.

If this is not correct, please complete and submit this form to change your club admin:
www.toastmastersclubs.org/welcome/change-admin/

Please help understand and search reason why this is happening. I have just moved him from non-member to member this morning at 0539 12.07.023 
2023-24 President is having issues when he is trying to logon to 4875.toastmastersclubs.org . This is the third time this is happening, he is not proficient in computers but he is improving.

4875 and has requested that the system move them to Former Member status.

He is clicking an old link probably in an old email to get to your site.

Give him the correct link to save. 4875.toastmastersclubs.org

with nothing after the .org
