Migrating to FTH4

Your club admin received the instructions to update their admin password to access FTH4. (FTH3 admin passwords will NOT work in FTH4). Follow the instructions in the email and use 'Member sign in' in the top right corner to access the Club Admin account.

If you are not sure who the club admin is, in your member account; look at 'Club Officers and Members' > "Club Email addresses". The LAST item in this list is the person who is currently listed as your club admin.

If this is not correct, please complete and submit this form to change your club admin:

Hi there,
When the club's agenda email is sent to members, it shows it is coming from someone, not on any member list. See the attachment below.

Where does the Sender email feed from on the FreeToastHost site.

Hello.
I think I figured it out.  The e-mail address for the administrator was set to "noemail-1675882677@toastmastersclubs.org"  Maybe Tim Sverduk was the previous administrator?  His name is familiar to me.  Anyhow, for now, since you are in there as the administrator, I have set the admin e-mail address to the mommy... address for you in the Members table.  BTW: there are quite a few admin messages to read/deal with/delete after logging in as admin.

Thank you, Art, for your quick response.
I just sent the agenda to me (VP of Education) and the email still has Tim Sverduk's name as the sender. 

Where did you go to set the admin email address?
How do I read the admin messages?

Art,

I found where the admin messages are. Launch Admin Console > Website Settings > Administrator info.
That noemail... address has been there forever so I don't think that's it.
I see admin messages that says the mommy... email address gets too many emails.
I think we are looking for something that has Tim Sverduk's email listed.

I could not find Tim anywhere in the system (not on any of the Membership Management module tables).  Maybe you have him somehow related to e-mail coming from FreeToastHost in your e-mail program?

It was February 2023 that had the message about your e-mail inbox being full.  Still a problem?
