Meeting Template question for a future update?

Thanks for all your hard work on this! As I’m looking at the Create Meeting page, I had a quick question about how we enter the info.
For our club, the agenda description is completely permanent, while things like the theme, word of the day, and timing adjustments are last-minute additions we do right before a meeting starts.
Would it be possible to:

• Put the description into the template permanently?
• Let us fill out the theme, word of the day, and timing adjustments on the Edit Agenda page later on?

I feel like that would make creating both single and recurring meetings super simple and consistent for us users, since we'd just have to put in the start date.
I hope I'm explaining that clearly! If that makes sense, is this something that is doable, maybe with a future update? 

That is already all there
once a dated agenda is create the meeting description is fixed.
The word or the day and the theme are on the dated agenda to be filled out for just that agenda.
