Migrating to FTH4

Your club admin received the instructions to update their admin password to access FTH4. (FTH3 admin passwords will NOT work in FTH4). Follow the instructions in the email and use 'Member sign in' in the top right corner to access the Club Admin account.

If you are not sure who the club admin is, in your member account; look at 'Club Officers and Members' > "Club Email addresses". The LAST item in this list is the person who is currently listed as your club admin.

If this is not correct, please complete and submit this form to change your club admin:
www.toastmastersclubs.org/welcome/change-admin/

Dear FTH Support,
I had a following problem. Looking forward to your confirmation and urgent solution on this matter.
(1) TMOD sent the agenda to all club members through e-mail of FTH e-mail function.
(2) TMOD name is Tad Suzuki.
(3) Problem is, one of the club members received the agenda through e-mail, however the sender's name was May Koga although sender's name was Tad Suzuki.
Looking forward to your confirmation and prompt reply on the solution of this problem.

The above problem happened only when using iPhone for the receiver device, however it did not happen when using PC.
I hope this information can be effective for solution.

it is your email client that is showing your the incorrect from person.
Please add contacts for the email addresses server@toastmastersclubs.org and agenda@toastmastersclubs.org
