Migrating to FTH4

Your club admin received the instructions to update their admin password to access FTH4. (FTH3 admin passwords will NOT work in FTH4). Follow the instructions in the email and use 'Member sign in' in the top right corner to access the Club Admin account.

If you are not sure who the club admin is, in your member account; look at 'Club Officers and Members' > "Club Email addresses". The LAST item in this list is the person who is currently listed as your club admin.

If this is not correct, please complete and submit this form to change your club admin:

Hello, This certificate message was posted 3 days ago in the popup admin messages. I checked our registration and I think it is still valid. Checking the forums, I see some have had problems with this also. There is an admin mention in the forum of an auto renewal process, how often does this run? It looks like my cert expires on March 7, 2025, will it run before then?

The auto-renewal runs every Saturday. If it misses the first time, it will try again the following week. Any certs that are a month from expiration are included so it has several opportunities to renew before the cert actually expires. (3 more auto-renewal attempts for your custom domain cert)

We can renew the cert manually if it repeatedly fails to auto-renew.
