Migrating to FTH4

Your club admin received the instructions to update their admin password to access FTH4. (FTH3 admin passwords will NOT work in FTH4). Follow the instructions in the email and use 'Member sign in' in the top right corner to access the Club Admin account.

If you are not sure who the club admin is, in your member account; look at 'Club Officers and Members' > "Club Email addresses". The LAST item in this list is the person who is currently listed as your club admin.

If this is not correct, please complete and submit this form to change your club admin:

Club Admin Change Request not working

12 years 2 months ago
#37788
Our club just chartered in June.

Being a new club we do not have a webmaster assigned. I will be taking on that responsiblity but I am unable to do this through the "Club Admin Change Request".

When I go to the area to put club number in the box opens to verify club. The only option I have is to cancel out or click "x" in top right corner. When I cancel it asks for number again, when I click "x" it hangs and greys out the submit button.

any help would be appreciated.

Martin,

Here is the thing. That form you are trying to use is for clubs that already have an FTH2 website set up in our system and are trying to change people in the website admin role.

You do not yet have a website set up in our system (I checked), therefore you need to use the following form, which handles that: www.toastmastersclubs.org/welcome/

The welcome form will also establish you as the website admin.
