Migrating to FTH4

Your club admin received the instructions to update their admin password to access FTH4. (FTH3 admin passwords will NOT work in FTH4). Follow the instructions in the email and use 'Member sign in' in the top right corner to access the Club Admin account.

If you are not sure who the club admin is, in your member account; look at 'Club Officers and Members' > "Club Email addresses". The LAST item in this list is the person who is currently listed as your club admin.

If this is not correct, please complete and submit this form to change your club admin:

Login Issue

Hello,

Under Membership Management I changed my designation from CC to ACB/ALB.

Since then I have had trouble logging in as a Member because it consistently shows me as a CC and will not accept my login. Every now and then the ACB/ALB designation will pop up and allow me to login.

Jonathan,

Scroll all the way to the bottom of the website and click on the link (Click here to reload website.) and then try.

I can get your name to show when entering your name, but their seems to be a delay.

Thanks Roger,

It still does not log in. When I type my name it populates as Jonathan Williams, CC when I need it to populate as Jonathan Williams, ACB, ALB instead.

Every now and then I will see Jonathan Williams, ACB, ALB pop up in the upper left corner for 2 or 3 seconds then disappear.

I just figured it out.

When Jonathan Williams, CC populates, I simply backspaced and deleted the CC and typed in the ACB, ALB and then that title populated instead.

Problem solved.
