Migrating to FTH4

Your club admin received the instructions to update their admin password to access FTH4. (FTH3 admin passwords will NOT work in FTH4). Follow the instructions in the email and use 'Member sign in' in the top right corner to access the Club Admin account.

If you are not sure who the club admin is, in your member account; look at 'Club Officers and Members' > "Club Email addresses". The LAST item in this list is the person who is currently listed as your club admin.

If this is not correct, please complete and submit this form to change your club admin:
www.toastmastersclubs.org/welcome/change-admin/

Hello,

Thank you for taking the time to review my query. I am the VP Membership of Club 4243 (Lakeview Toastmasters). In my admin portal, under "membership management", I have a duplicate person!

She is under the "member' and "guest" area and this is screwing with my portal! I have tried to delete her 100 times. All I get is "Success! Information Updated"

but it is not updated and she is still there! "Wanda Amyo"

Please help.

Aaron,

The real issue was the she was in 3 times, 2 different spellings. I am not sure how it was able to take the duplicate, but I think I have it taken care of for you though.

If this happens again, delete the email of one, and it may get you past the initial issue.
