Migrating to FTH4

Your club admin received the instructions to update their admin password to access FTH4. (FTH3 admin passwords will NOT work in FTH4). Follow the instructions in the email and use 'Member sign in' in the top right corner to access the Club Admin account.

If you are not sure who the club admin is, in your member account; look at 'Club Officers and Members' > "Club Email addresses". The LAST item in this list is the person who is currently listed as your club admin.

If this is not correct, please complete and submit this form to change your club admin:
www.toastmastersclubs.org/welcome/change-admin/

Admin's own personal membership account disappeared from membership directo

Good morning,
I am the VP Public Relations for "Eco Voices" Toastmasters club #1763128 in Portland, Oregon USA. I am also the Admin for the club's public website " www.ecovoices.info "; I can log in successfully as the Admin and change the site (within the limits of the FTH club website support, using the Admin console).

There, I can view the club membership directory. My name and member entry has disappeared! And I can not log in as "just a member" (not as an Admin), as I was able to one week ago.

What is the best way to add me back to the list of members?

If you are the site admin your can add yourself back to the membership list using the admin console and the Membership Management in the pull down
