Migrating to FTH4

Your club admin received the instructions to update their admin password to access FTH4. (FTH3 admin passwords will NOT work in FTH4). Follow the instructions in the email and use 'Member sign in' in the top right corner to access the Club Admin account.

If you are not sure who the club admin is, in your member account; look at 'Club Officers and Members' > "Club Email addresses". The LAST item in this list is the person who is currently listed as your club admin.

If this is not correct, please complete and submit this form to change your club admin:

How do I put a .pdf format newsletter onto the "District 35 Current Newsletter" tab?
I cannot find instructions under "Docs". Please remember that I am not real tech savvy.

Use the file manager to upload the doc. I recommend using a virtual folder.

Find the file in the downloads area. Click on it to pull up the download box. Look for the link address in the download box. Copy that link address to the clipboard for use in a link to the file.

In whatever webpage you want to create a link to the pdf, you can use the link icon (with the chain links on it) in the webpage editor to set up a link to the file using the link address you copied to the clipboard above.

If you want to get fancy there are ways to create a thumbnail image of your PDF and associate that with the link so that when the user clicks on the image, the download of the PDF is activated.

Here are the relevant docs:
