Migrating to FTH4

Your club admin received the instructions to update their admin password to access FTH4. (FTH3 admin passwords will NOT work in FTH4). Follow the instructions in the email and use 'Member sign in' in the top right corner to access the Club Admin account.

If you are not sure who the club admin is, in your member account; look at 'Club Officers and Members' > "Club Email addresses". The LAST item in this list is the person who is currently listed as your club admin.

If this is not correct, please complete and submit this form to change your club admin:

It has been more than a month since the last post to this thread. I wanted to use this thread to report that I have been experiencing this issue for the past week with both of my club websites. #7366 and #4570.

I know a lot of upgrades and additional features have been pushed out recently, so that may be what is causing the slow down.

Nonetheless, I wanted to make sure this was reported in case it is something else that needs to be looked at.

I have already reloaded both websites from the server and response is still quite slow.

We are continuing to work with the situation...

Code:
I did some database housekeeping over the weekend in my spare time including adding some indexes. One was added to the agenda, which seemed like it helped the agenda load a bit faster. I also looked for and found a redundant data fetch that I got rid of over the weekend. I also relocated some data fetches out of the website load back into the respective dialogs.

Unfortunately, it seems like the system gets a huge surge of usage at the beginning of the week.
