Migrating to FTH4

Your club admin received the instructions to update their admin password to access FTH4. (FTH3 admin passwords will NOT work in FTH4). Follow the instructions in the email and use 'Member sign in' in the top right corner to access the Club Admin account.

If you are not sure who the club admin is, in your member account; look at 'Club Officers and Members' > "Club Email addresses". The LAST item in this list is the person who is currently listed as your club admin.

If this is not correct, please complete and submit this form to change your club admin:

Contact Us Page + Downloading to Excel and Printing Membership Tables

Good afternoon,

I need to update “Contact Us”. I cannot locate that page under any Launch Admin. Console tabs. Where is it?

I need to print a copy of the “Guests” table. How do I do that? I tried copy/paste and the last names are cut in half because the text box seems to have shrunk during the copying.

Does the Quick Add for New Members feed into the old form of the membership list also or only into this new table format?

1. In Admin console, in the drop down list, click on eMal and Contact Forms

2. In Membership management, click on the Guests tab. At the top of the list, click the check box to select all. Once you have done that, in the drop down "Select People, Then Select A Tool", choose Export. A csv file will be created that will open in Excel.

The Quick Add will feed into the old form.

Please review our online docs as most of the answers to your questions are covered in the docs.

Contact Us settings are in the Email and Contact forms dialog. There is a tab for it.

Guests table. You can export it to excel or you can print a membership report for it. Either will work--both are covered in the docs. You can click the Select All checkbox then select either the export option or membership reports from the Membership Tools menu.

Quick Add should update everything. Are you having issues with it?
