Migrating to FTH4

Your club admin received the instructions to update their admin password to access FTH4. (FTH3 admin passwords will NOT work in FTH4). Follow the instructions in the email and use 'Member sign in' in the top right corner to access the Club Admin account.

If you are not sure who the club admin is, in your member account; look at 'Club Officers and Members' > "Club Email addresses". The LAST item in this list is the person who is currently listed as your club admin.

If this is not correct, please complete and submit this form to change your club admin:
www.toastmastersclubs.org/welcome/change-admin/

I am unable to login into my Club website

Hello,
I am a new member. I have been trying to login into my Club website, and despite I have followed all the instructions to Login as member, and the system inform me (pop up) that I will receive a login e-mail, I have not received it yet; not even in the spam/junk e-mail.

My Club info is:
Club #848867- Area- 45-Division J
District 42- Region IV.

My name : Edith R Lopez

I can see the emails being received by Gmail. Please check your spam box

Is this the e-mail account registered in the system : edithr.lopezperez@gmail.com ?

No your email address with the club is edithr.lopez@gmail.com you need to have your site admin correct your email address
