Migrating to FTH4

Your club admin received the instructions to update their admin password to access FTH4. (FTH3 admin passwords will NOT work in FTH4). Follow the instructions in the email and use 'Member sign in' in the top right corner to access the Club Admin account.

If you are not sure who the club admin is, in your member account; look at 'Club Officers and Members' > "Club Email addresses". The LAST item in this list is the person who is currently listed as your club admin.

If this is not correct, please complete and submit this form to change your club admin:

Your site doesn't have anyone registered as your site admin. Does anyone have admin access? If so, that person should complete the administrator info on the admin console. The admin can change the status of your members who have left to former members. Here is the documentation on Membership Management. support.toastmastersclubs.org/doc/item/membership-management

If no-one has access to the admin console then whoever is going to be the admin will have to put in a request to change the admin. Usually that request has to be authorised by either the previous admin (as registered on the site and at FTH) or by the club contact as registered on TI. In your case it can only be authorised by the TI contact. More details here: support.toastmastersclubs.org/doc/item/w...-no-longer-available

Once you have been authorised as the website admin (by the TI contact person), you will have access to the Admin Console and the Membership Management area. If you change the members to former members (as per the documentation in my previous post), the former members will drop off your sign up sheets and your Member Access Log. Only current members are listed there.

If you had to change the TI contact details you might have to wait a while for the change to be registered before your admin request is directed to the right person. Once you can see the correct email link on Find-A-Club you can send the admin change request.
