Migrating to FTH4

Your club admin received the instructions to update their admin password to access FTH4. (FTH3 admin passwords will NOT work in FTH4). Follow the instructions in the email and use 'Member sign in' in the top right corner to access the Club Admin account.

If you are not sure who the club admin is, in your member account; look at 'Club Officers and Members' > "Club Email addresses". The LAST item in this list is the person who is currently listed as your club admin.

If this is not correct, please complete and submit this form to change your club admin:
www.toastmastersclubs.org/welcome/change-admin/

Unable to add member email address

I am not being allowed to enter the email address for one of my members. When I put in his email I get a message that the email address is already in use by another member, but this is not true. It won't accept the email address. It creates and enters a false email address which indicates that no real email has been entered (noemail-1417567844.78399@toastmastersclubs.org). Help.

It is probably in use on one of the other tabs. Check those. It could be there for a guest. If so, you only need to move the entry to the members tab.
