Migrating to FTH4

Your club admin received the instructions to update their admin password to access FTH4. (FTH3 admin passwords will NOT work in FTH4). Follow the instructions in the email and use 'Member sign in' in the top right corner to access the Club Admin account.

If you are not sure who the club admin is, in your member account; look at 'Club Officers and Members' > "Club Email addresses". The LAST item in this list is the person who is currently listed as your club admin.

If this is not correct, please complete and submit this form to change your club admin:

My user profile keeps changing & officers are reset

I saw he was also listed under members (I assume as me since he was showing as an officer, but not my officer role as Treasurer) and moved him to members. I then created a new member for myself and new password. I set up the new profile and was logged in as the site administrator still.

I logged out of site administrator and then back in again as site administrator and my profile name and email had changed to Linda Wang! I changed the site administrator to myself and changed the password to the site administrator. I am very perplexed. All the officer information I updated did not stay.

I am going crazy!!! Please help!1

Ok, I am looking at your member data.

Other than the officer assignment reset, I am not seeing an issue? Am I missing something that you could point me to specifically?

You should be able to just reset your officer assignments.
