Migrating to FTH4

Your club admin received the instructions to update their admin password to access FTH4. (FTH3 admin passwords will NOT work in FTH4). Follow the instructions in the email and use 'Member sign in' in the top right corner to access the Club Admin account.

If you are not sure who the club admin is, in your member account; look at 'Club Officers and Members' > "Club Email addresses". The LAST item in this list is the person who is currently listed as your club admin.

If this is not correct, please complete and submit this form to change your club admin:
www.toastmastersclubs.org/welcome/change-admin/

Can't add new member: Getting a javascript error

I'm unable to add any new members in the membership management pane. I receive the following error:
***DATA TRANSFER ERROR***
JavaScript Function=Membership[Save]
Status=error
Error=Internal Server Error

This happens on all forms, membership, guests, quick add, etc.. I've tried reseting my browser and computer. Is anyone experiencing a similar issue? I' can't remember if I've ever added someone before so I'm not entirely sure that i've seen it work before. Other operations, moving, deleting, have always and still work fine and save does not return an error if I'm not adding a new member.

Please let me know if you need me to gather any more information.

Victor,

I was able to replicate the error you are seeing.

Wait a few minutes and try again. We may be having a server issue.
