Migrating to FTH4

Your club admin received the instructions to update their admin password to access FTH4. (FTH3 admin passwords will NOT work in FTH4). Follow the instructions in the email and use 'Member sign in' in the top right corner to access the Club Admin account.

If you are not sure who the club admin is, in your member account; look at 'Club Officers and Members' > "Club Email addresses". The LAST item in this list is the person who is currently listed as your club admin.

If this is not correct, please complete and submit this form to change your club admin:

I added a new member recently as a site admin, pushed her the email to make a password. She did so, her name appears in the dropdown, but when she tries to put in her password it says

You have errors in your form below

How can I fix this?

When she clicks on the link that comes to her and it takes her to the website; is she going to her profile and making up a password? I have some members having the same problem, however, it is because they are not creating a password when they click on that link and in the website...

I hope this makes sense....

Sit with them the first time and walk them through it, maybe...

This is good information. Perhaps I should not let them be logged in until they set the password. ;)
