Migrating to FTH4

Your club admin received the instructions to update their admin password to access FTH4. (FTH3 admin passwords will NOT work in FTH4). Follow the instructions in the email and use 'Member sign in' in the top right corner to access the Club Admin account.

If you are not sure who the club admin is, in your member account; look at 'Club Officers and Members' > "Club Email addresses". The LAST item in this list is the person who is currently listed as your club admin.

If this is not correct, please complete and submit this form to change your club admin:

Member Not Receiving Emails from Club Website

One of our members is not receiving any emails from the club website. This is preventing him from resetting his password and getting logged in to the site. He's also not receiving any emails sent to the member distribution address or the "new member welcome" message, which I've sent him several times as a test.

I'm able to send him emails directly. He receives those just fine. Between that and triple-triple verification of the email address entered for him on the club website would seem to indicate that I've correctly entered his email address with no typos on the club website.

He's checked his Spam and Junk mail folders, but emails from the club website are not being redirected there. His email account doesn't block any sender domains.

Thinking that perhaps a non-printing character had gotten embedded in his email address entered on the club website, I deleted his record entirely, then reentered it "fresh". That had no effect. He's still not getting any emails from the club website.

Can you suggest something else we can try on our end? On your end, can you check the server logs to see whether emails to him are being bounced back to you with an indication of why they're being bounced, or otherwise determine what the problem is?

Here are the particulars:

Thank-you in advance for your help with this!

Sue,

I can see from the email log that the system is timing out when sending him an email.

Have him white list <server@toastmastersclubs.org> in his email and on his company server.

The mail server √danlightdirect.com is hosted in a data center that has tried to hack FTH server times. The IP of his mail server was blocked. The block for his mail server only has been removed

Thanks for the follow-up. I'm going to try sending Dan the "new member welcome" message again as a test.
